1 Oil and gas emissions in the process of oil storage and transportation

the evaporation loss of oil products is related to the nature, density, storage conditions and operation environment of oil products, especially the ultra long life environment, geographical location and production and operation management level. Evaporation loss of oil products mainly occurs in natural ventilation loss, small breathing loss of oil products and large breathing loss of oil products during collection and payment operations in oil tanks. 2. Oil and gas emission during oil filling

oil products are loaded into the tank truck through the oil loading crane tube on the stack platform in the tank farm; When the oil is poured into the oil barrel through the tubing nozzle, due to the high flow rate and pressure, the oil products will be violently impacted, splashed and stirred, and a large amount of oil and gas will overflow into the atmosphere, resulting in the loss of oil products. This kind of oil loss is called oil filling loss. The main factors affecting oil filling loss are oil properties, oil temperature, oil loading pressure, oil loading flow rate, oil loading mode and climatic conditions. Generally speaking, the loss of light oil filling is large, while the loss of heavy oil is small; High temperature, high pressure, forming material grade VOCs emission prediction in the car, high oil loss with fast flow rate; High level splash filling loss is large, and low level underwater filling loss is small. According to relevant data, the maximum unit consumption of gasoline splashing high-level loading is 3kg/t, and the low-level loading loss is 0.4~0.8kg/t to improve the overall level of oilfield chemical technology. It can be seen that the filling loss of oil products in the process of loading has caused serious pollution to the environment

3. The discharge of oily sewage

the sewage discharge during the storage and transportation of oil products in the refinery mainly comes from the following links:

1) regular dehydration of oil tanks

2) machine pump cooling water and pump room ground flushing water

3) tank farm and loading platform ground flushing water

4) oily sewage produced by cleaning oil tanks

5) oily sewage produced by rainwater in tank farm
